The apartment is really nice:) The location is very good, close to the old town and the railway station, with a lot of shops and cafes:) It’s really well-furnished, the owner seems to be attentive to details:) Note, that because of the pizzeria, located right in front of the apartment, it may be quite noisy in the evening, as it opens at 19:30:) But that didn’t stop us from enjoying the atmosphere:) The host gave us the contact of Mr.Mario with a suggestion to arrange a transfer from the airport, we need to say a huge thank you for that:) Mr. Mario is amazing:) Very pleasant and positive person:) We really enjoyed his company:)

In case you want to cook something, you should note that the extractor doesn’t work, but it’s not a big deal though:) Also it’s better to write an instruction on how to close and open the window:)

Excellent location (close to Old Town, the walking streets and the central railway station, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby). Small kitchen with appliances (mini fridge, coffee machine and water boiler with some complimentary capsules and tea bags). Nice, sunny bathroom.

Weak wifi. Next door apartman was literally a door away, not soundproof, you could hear everything. Very uncomfortable chairs and small breakfast table. Found the bin unemptied and some used contact lenses on the nightstand and on top of the wardrobe.

The place was nice, modern and clean and location was very good. The staff was helpful and responsive, check in was easy.

The room was separated from another room with a door. The door was locked. However, it was very noisy. Whenever the others walk or speak in the other room, I was hearing everything. It was very disturbing.

The location was very good walking distance of about 20 minutes to bus/train and about 30 minutes into old town.

The air conditioning was storage heaters that were temperamental and it left bedding damp. We only got clean towels once in ten days even tho I asked twice and place wasn’t cleaned or bed changed.

Exactly what we were looking for! Just perfect!

The apartment has a charming style, very spacious with well served areas. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is of nice space and has all you need. Details are well taken care of in the apartment to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Host is very responsive and helpful and offered us multiple solutions to our concerns, we appreciate that. Location is excellent, in the middle of the center yet not noisy.

As much we felt the apartment is well taken care of, it unfortunately was not comfortable. There is high humidity in walls (Damp patches). You could hardly breath in the bedroom. We had a lot of difficulties. Despite turning on the AC most of the time, it did not solve the problem, as also the AC would turn off by itself sometimes, which we reported. We find it pity that such a beautiful apartment loses its charm for this reason. Although we loved it so much, it will be difficult for us to choose it again. We hope that the owner would invest in proper solution to solve the humidity issue. Lastly, the apartment requires proper cleaning, specially the floors. It looks clean but there is plenty of dust hidden here and there. We would have loved to have vacuum machine to clean it ourselves. Our comments are meant to be constructive feedback, because honestly it was pleasant stay despite the humidity. We wish Zena Home the best of luck
