It wasn’t clean and bad communication

Absolutely nothing, it’s a scam. It is not in the aqua park at all. The chalet they gave us was in the middle of nowhere.

I booked an apartment IN the aqua park, with view to the swimming pool. After booking I called the property to make sure it’s the case. Yes yes yes madame… you will be in the aqua park, that’s where you booked. We arrived around midnight as our flight was delayed, with 2 small kids, and they put us in an old chalet in the middle of nothing, dry land everywhere around. Oh sorry, no remote for the aircon, we will give you tomorrow, so sleep in the 36 degrees with no air on and closed windows. For the kids there was a sofa to sleep on, we opened it and bugs run out. Needles to say did not want to sleep on it. The following morning we went to tell them (careful, it’s not an owner, it’s an agency who is dealing with these flats!!!) that we are leaving as that run down chalet is not what we booked, we wanted the aqua park for the kids. So they gave us a different flat, in the centre, still not aqua park. We lasted 2 days there (2 days only because was waiting for the reply of the booking customer care) and we left. Paper thin walls, hearing the kid pushing chairs on the top of us day and night, NO INTERNET, shower with so much mold it was disgusting. When we told them we go as even the 2nd flat of this agency is of terrible standard, the lady just shook her shoulder and gave no more attention to us. SO DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION, IT IS A SCAM, IT IS NOT IN THE AQUAPARK AND ACTUALLY YOU NEED A CAR TO REACH THE PARK. oh and they will charge you 50 euros to give you bed sheets and towels. SCAMMERS!!!

It wasn’t anywhere near the waterpark. We were a 5min drive away in an old converted barn beside a farmhouse.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!! I WAS COUNTING DAY DOWN TO LEAVE!!! There is no staff to help you! The agency to rent the apartments are far away and ignoring all your messages! 1. My apartment was not ready at my arrival we sat all day by pool with kids and luggage! Then they put us in absolutely opposite accommodation to everything I paid for: there was no pool, no WiFi, no air conditioning, no see view, and the main thing it was apartment for 2 not 4 people!! 2. Then they lied that happened because bathroom in my requested apartment was broken but it was just accommodated with other guests!! 3. Then they still tied to make me pay full amount of money to 7 days, but I only had 6 days left there !!! 4. They offered me: they can pick up my kids ( on their own ) with some strange man that I never met in my life ( and my kids too) and drive them to apartment and I will wait in the office, then get me after to that apartment! In foreign country with people I never met in my life I suppose to let my kids been drove around somewhere I don’t know and be cool about this !!! 5. There was no WiFi for almost 6 days out of 7, and I had to use on own date all this time and they never even responded on messages or tried to fix it!! 6. Agency who rent these apartments are too far away! There is no staff to help you ! 7. Staff from cafe downstairs is working for water park they have nothing to do with accommodations!! 8. There was no cold or hot water every evening for about 1 hour! I WAS COUNTING DAYS TO LEAVE!! The worst holiday in my life that I DON’T WANT TO REMEMBER!!!

Superb apartment, high quality. Kitchen is fully equipped, everything you need is there. We absolutely loved staying here, thank you ever so much

No faults, everything was perfect for us

Martino was excellent host and helped us find a better apartment in the town as we didn't have a car.

The aquapark was closed.

It seems newly build with a nice view. Good amount of space.

The comunication felt a bit bumpy. That might be due to the language barrier. There is no one at the location, you have to check-in and out at a different location down in the village. No cleaning equipment for dishes is provided. It's next to the aqua park, has it in it's name but doesn't seem to belong to it (it was still closed when we were there, so I can't say for sure). There seems to be a bit of a mosquito problem (we got bitten a lot each night). The AC is in the living room not the bedroom There are no floor mats in the bathroom and the drainages were not working properly. Restaurant prices in the village sre horrendous.

Very nice service, the gentleman brought us fresh coffee and crossants in the morning, and we got wine. He was at our every request. Beautiful view of the sea from the terrace.
