Luxurious villa with free parking

Nice spacious living area, well stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook meals. Nice new fridge freezer.

The beds and towels smelled like damp / not clean. We used blankets to cover the mattress so that we couldn’t smell it as much while trying to sleep. The outside of the property could use some TLC to make it more inviting - lots of weeds and upside down furniture.

Our experience in the accommodation in Gothenburg was mixed. On the positive side, the apartment itself was excellent. It was well-furnished, fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, and had a warm and cozy atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view from the dining table, which added a nice touch to our stay.

Our experience in the accommodation in Gothenburg was far from pleasant. Firstly, we were charged an additional €300 for our guest—our mother—who only visited us briefly during our stay. This unexpected demand was both unreasonable and frustrating. Secondly, on the first day of our stay, after returning from a walk in the park with our children, we discovered that we were locked out of the apartment. The host had deliberately blocked our access to the property, despite knowing that we were a family with young children—aged 1, 4, 10, and 16. This was extremely distressing, especially as they could see us waiting outside through their cameras. The reason given for this was that we were required to pay an additional advance fee of €200 and the €300 for our guest immediately. Until this payment was made, we were denied entry into the apartment, which had already been fully paid for in advance. To make matters worse, we were forced to wait outside for a representative to arrive, during which time no official receipts or documentation were provided for these additional payments. This unprofessional and hostile treatment made our stay incredibly stressful. I cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a smooth and hospitable experience.
