Quiet neighborhood and away from the street. It is the basement level of the house.

Shower drain was very slow.

"We felt very safe in the neighborhood and we were made to feel right at home."

The apartment was very quiet and spacious enough for large group. The mattress was soft but we slept fine. The hostess was very accommodating and flexible with our arrival schedule. She was eager to make sure we were comfortable and even gave us a crochet hook so I could finish making a present. She is very personable and pleasant. She took time with us to make sure we were familiar with the temperature controls.
