The staff was incredible, they were very friendly, responsive and ensured our needs were met. Beautiful room with a beautiful view.

The Jets in the heated pool were not very strong nor was the water in the pool heated for comfortability.

That the location is very remote . Taxi’s are very expensive for even a 5 min drive to the local shop

We had a wonderful time at Panormos Bay Suites Luxury Resort. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with excellent decor and crisp linens. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointing thing was that the pool was not heated enough for us to use on colder days. I would have liked it warmer. Other than that, the rest were excellent and would come back again.

Excellent location!!! The suites are very well designed and equipped. Very warm and welcoming team: Yanis at the restaurant and George at the bar are among the people you want to ask for.

The food menu was very limited at the restaurant. This was because the kitchen wasn't fully operational as yet since the hotel opened just few days before we arrived. I'm sure this was fixed since.
