Treebo Kristal Sands Beach Resort with Swimming Pool

Balcony, reception was okay. The room was relatively new. Location close to the beach.

No facilities to hang up a towel (not in the room, not in the bathroom), no water/tea/toilet paper/towels etc in the room when we arrived (later we got one). Breakfast was minimum choice and Restaurant looks not so fine as in the pictures. Many areas of the hotel under construction. Loud dogs in the night, loud works during the day.

Nothing. Would not recommend!

When we arrived at the property they instantly asked us for how many days we were to stay and because it was for one night they told us that they have no rooms left. After realising that we had the booking confirmed they showed us a small filthy room with dust left after maintenance and black footprints all over the floor - Nothing like the room on pictures (large, spacious with new decorations in light colours and a terrace). Obviously we were not happy with that so I the staff have taken us to show other room (initial “no rooms available” was a lie). Second option was not much different to the one before with a strong cigarette smell and as filthy. Finally we were shown the third option- the room with three beds a bit cleaner but still far of the one on the pictures. All three rooms were on ground floor so chances are from none to zero we were shown the room that we booked with a balcony terrace. Whether they use a fake pictures on booking site or the room was sold to someone else, Indeed, the option was not worth a price of the booking and we had to find alternative place late evening instead of celebrating my birthday that was on that day.

I Like Rooms structure, it’s Big & spacious

Food quality is very Bad, food service is very very bad, In breakfast only 3 items provided, tea & coffee taste is very very Bad, I ordered 3 times but every time spoiled milk coffee they gave us, maintenance of rooms is not proper. Hot water issue found, showers are not working properly. staff is supportive but they don’t have rights to give best service.

Excellent Location, Mind blowing service provided, terrific breakfast and meals, beautiful view. Clean Room and Clean Bathroom.

There is nothing that I did not like. I just loved the whole Idea of Choice -Treebo Kristal Sands Beach Resort Calangute Goa.
