There are many government agencies tasked with managing the ecosystem in the wildlife areas of Tanzania. Please note that any fees, charges, or concessions levied by these institutions must be paid at the lodge reception or the entrance gate, along with any applicable Tourism Development Levies, Village Fees, and Gate Fees. Your reservation does not include an overnight tax of US$29.50 per adult per night and US$23.80 per child (5 – 17 years) per night, mandated by the Tanzania Wildlife Management Authority (TAWA). Additionally, a Tourism Development Levy and a Village Fee of $2.50 per person per night are required. It is recommended that you contact the lodge at least 72 hours before your stay to arrange payment of these additional charges. We accept MasterCard and Visa. Please be advised that all credit card payments will incur a surcharge of 3%. Cancelations made within 60 days of arrival will incur 100% cancellation fees. Additionally, prepayment is required 60 days prior to arrival. Failure to remit payment by the deadline will result in the reservation being released. When booking 6 rooms or more, prepayment is required immediately, and any cancellation will incur 100% penalties. Failure to remit payment by the deadline will result in the reservation being released. To ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests, the lodge enforces a quiet policy from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please inform Africa Safari Lake Natron of your expected arrival time in advance.
