Royal Cliff Beach Terrace Pattaya

Its beautiful resort with a lot of restaurants, great pools and beautiful view of the sea (sunset). Very pleasant and helpful staff at reception, concierge, money exchange, pool bar, and housekeeping. Thank you very much!

Great pool areas, & rooms were spacious with great sea views.

No nearby 711s have get taxi. Most staff dont speak sufficient English considering they work in tourism. Not enough chairs around the pool.

The prices of drinks are scandalous, service charge on every drink, this is more expensive per drink than United Kingdom.

It was a fabulous spot the view was great staff were so friendly and the food was good

The beach was filthy with rubbish things floating in the sea.. access to the sea wasn’t great from hotel and got told off for sunbathing topless

Very bad experience – feels like a scam This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. At check-in, they charged my card and then claimed the transaction was unsuccessful, asking me to pay in cash instead. I paid in good faith. Minutes later, I checked my bank statement and discovered they had charged me twice. I tried to resolve the issue with the reception staff, but their English was extremely poor, there was no manager available, and everyone spoke in a robotic, unhelpful manner. No one took responsibility or offered a proper solution. On the day of checkout, they kept calling me repeatedly throughout the morning to tell me I had to leave, which was very annoying and unprofessional. The hotel itself is almost empty and feels like a ghost hotel. There is no entertainment at all except for the pool. Do not be fooled by the nice photos of the pool—if you are looking for a pleasant tourism experience, choose another hotel. Although the rooms are renovated, they still feel old. On top of that, they charge extra for almost everything you request. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing stay. Poor management, poor service, and a complete lack of professionalism. The management clearly needs to be replaced, and now I understand why this hotel feels abandoned.
