L appartamento è situato in una zona strategica di Sliema , dove sono presenti bus e traghetti . Purtroppo però in questo momento è nel centro di una serie di lavori urbanistici ed edilizi per cui dalle 7 di mattina in poi si sente trivellare e martellare. La strada fuori è piena di polvere per cui ci è stato impossibile aprire le finestre oltretutto entrano anche le zanzare ( non sono presenti zanzariere alle finestre). La casa nell insieme è ben fornita e organizzata, anche se il bagno è molto piccolo . La casa era abbastanza pulita al nostro arrivo , apparte il frigo che emanava un cattivo odore e in cucina sono presenti sul lavello le formiche. Per il resto era fornita di sapone, detersivi per pulire, cialde del caffè.
