Cleanliness, esoecially the bathroom, toilet bowl and the water on the floor do not flow into the drainage

I loved that its very near to the malls that I wanted to go esp thamcit, GI and PI. The A/C was working very well and the bed was comfy after a whole day of shopping. The housekeeping also helped with tidying up my bed and put my drinks in the fridge💕

The breakfast was unsatisfactory... can skip those. The could improve on their food. And the cleanliness... the bathroom need a deep cleanse. It was clean but needs a good scrub. They need to clean the room before people checkin... cause there was dust on the table and spider webs behind the door. Also doorbell didnt work.. the whole panel that connects to it didnt work..only noticed it on my last day😓

Location…near to thamrin city, plaza indonesia, grand plaza, etc. Great service by the staffs at the reception & restaurant.

bilik besar dan selesa, wifi laju. receptionist ramah. boleh extend masa dengan tambahan bayaran. berdekatan dgn thamrin mall, dan tempat makan
