breakfast menu not satisficed, restaurant staff very un professional ,menu not at all up to mark they dont have bread if they have vegetable they don't have roti or puri all mess-up

It all about the main management representative i have call and complained about this to management but no response all are just there to make money including resort inhouse manager .Manager is least interested in managing property he was not even knowing the breakfast menu all when i ask him. Even serving staff says they don't know menu Andar se jo ayega dedege. This is the team you have. But yes your team spoiled my day as it started with argument plus there is no one to solve. Also please stop giving your management phone number if u are least interested in solving your guest problems.

"Superb"

It's a new resort that comes with most of the amenities. The food was really good. Good place to stay in Ooty. Close to Rose Park & Botanical Garden. Overall Pleasant stay for us.

Location is good, but the approach roads are narrow.

The property is a recently renovated one and definitely there're initial issues mainly with power. I strongly feel the restaurant and house keeping should be more responsive.
