Loved the space in the room, the cleanliness & location + large fridge, kettle & good mugs!

The washing machines were out of order, however a laundromat was conveniently down the road & just as cost effective.

"Kyoto stay"

Friendly staff. Lifts. Nicely spaced out room. Enough for our family of 5. Kids loved having the floor space to play with their gachapon from the day. Toiletries provided. Wash/dryer machine available on 2 floors. Fridge in room. Had a balcony. Good location for us. We drove and they have car spaces out front too but on a first come basis. But we managed to get one for the 2 nights there.

Need more time exploring around only had 2 nights.

"Overall good stay"

It was very good for family stay. Facility of the microwave inside the room was a great addition. It looked like home away from home.

It was a bit far from Nishioji Station. So difficult to reach with family. They do not provide shaving kits which generally are provided at all hotels.
