Would 100% stay again!! The apartment was very modern and clean, felt luxurious and had everything you needed. Was a seamless process for getting the keys. Incredible location and could get safe and secure parking very nearby. Loved it!

Great location for central Manchester. Clean and tidy. Very good size. Good selection of cooking equipment. Very quiet.

"Didn’t like the registration process and apartment was not clean."

Good location, concierge of the building were great. Super friendly and helpful.

Onerous registration process prior to the stay which included providing a copy of driving licence or passport and signing a “rental agreement” for the period of the stay. The rental agreement was the most one-sided egregious contract I have ever seen. The apartment was nice and spacious, but the floors had not been vacuumed. The carpets in the bedrooms were disgusting and looked as if they hadn’t been vacuumed for a while. We did what we could to clean them with the hoover in three apartment, but it wasn’t operating properly. Bathrooms had been cleaned, but no to a great standard. I personally will not be considering staying at an apartment again, preferring a hotel where hospitality is their business.
