We were in town for a track event at Franklin field. We chose this property because it was very close to the field.

I’m just going to give an honest review here. The property needs work. When I first entered the property, it felt like a home that was currently being remodeled. It was very hot inside. The bathrooms don’t have exhaust fans, all of the fire alarms were missing out of the ceilings. The upstairs had window units that were undersized. It took several hours to cool down the bedrooms we were sleeping in. The only other issue I had with the property is the neighborhood it was in. I have never stayed in a property that we felt uncomfortable going outside.. I’m giving the property a good rating because the host was nice and I feel like the property is a work in progress. I would’ve known about the property before visiting it, I would’ve not paid 500+ dollars to stay here for two nights.
