Lovely property. Very nice and quiet , it the heart of the city. Lovely balcony. Comfy bed, will definitely book again.

Despite the good location, I strongly do not recommend staying at this place. The overall experience was awful and highly inconvenient.

My recent stay at a studio apartment in Romania was far from satisfactory. When I arrived, the apartment was not ready or clean after the previous visitors had left. This was incredibly frustrating as I had planned meetings and needed to get settled promptly. I contacted the owner immediately, and the communication that followed was long and demanding. Despite explaining my urgent need for accommodation, the owner promised that someone would come to clean the apartment within a few hours. However, after those hours passed, she messaged me to say that the cleaner was waiting outside but had no keys. I was surprised and frustrated to learn there was only one set of keys and that the owner expected me to return to the apartment to provide them. Eventually, the owner assured me she would sort things out. By the evening, the apartment was finally ready, but this was too late for me, and I had already found alternative accommodation for the night due to my tight schedule. Given the inconvenience and disruption to my plans, I requested compensation. The owner initially said I would have to wait a month for booking.com to return her money before she could transfer it to me. After several messages from me, she eventually asked for my bank details. When I sent them over, she then requested a different bank account, claiming it would be easier to transfer the money. Despite providing everything she requested, she finally ignored and ghosted me completely. I have reported this apartment and the owner to booking.com, and they are currently investigating the matter.
