Bed and coffee Rooms Portoferraio

Great location. Coffee/water/tea offer on self-service. Big bathroom with separate toilet room. Big windows.

The floor was dirty. There was no slower gel, just some shampoo which might have been left there by the previous clients. No information on whether there was wi-fi, password etc was given. Although we have notified our time of arrival, we still had to wait. It would have been appreciated if we were told that our room was ready and the door unlocked, so that we could go inside and settle down while waiting for the responsible to arrive for the check-in. In any case we have prepaid our stay. Finally, it was rather expensive for the quality of room and service.
