No sofa, only wooden chair. For rm430 doesn’t make sense. And no single bed. Only 2 queen size. But price for 5. Bed not clean. We get sick after check out and reach home.extra car need to pay rm30

The pool was large and beach short walk away.

The pool is quite big and inviting. Waterslide is tiny though. Regratably, this is quite a worn down property, pictures make it look much nicer. The building is browning (not very presentable) and dead bugs along corridor to the apartment. The residence is very quiet, too quiet, like a ghosttown with no feeling. Bedrooms are very dark. Although not in the description, there is tennis court/basketball area but it was flooded and overgrown with moss/mold. The cafe/restaurant seems more like cafeteria and very basic. There are no guards to be seen from the beach area to the residence. Must have a car to stay here, the closest areas are 10-15 minutes away driving, no stores or vibe anywhere nearby. We booked 3 nights at a great rate but regrettably could not get our family to stay here due to all of the above. Moved into the Westin within one hour of arriving. Owner provided 1 night stay refund sometime within the next year which is quite nice. Will be passing that along to someone else, hopefully they will have a better impression.

Smooth check in and check out process. Kindly host who has full fill our needs. Near private beach that extremely clean and crystal clear. The house complete with electric stove and cooking utensils set. Water pressure is good. Wi-Fi support (good signal strength) . Nice and big swimming pool. Our kids enjoy play area that provide in the house. Air conditioner working well. Near town Bandar Sri Penawar (4km)

Very clean and comfortable.

Staff guiding well. My children really love the environment. Especially the beach & swimming pool. I feel safe. The security doing their job efficiency.
