Satu-satunya perkara yang patut dipuji ialah layanan customer service.

Dalam banyak pilihan hotel, memilih hotel ini memang agak mengecewakan. Sebab utamanya ialah hotel ini sudah agak usang. Sejak pintu lif dibuka, bau hapak seolah-olah menjadi “upacara sambutan”. Sofa yang diletakkan di lobi juga kelihatan lama. Masuk ke dalam bilik, katil terasa goyah dan tidak kukuh, bantal pula diperbuat daripada bahan berkualiti rendah serta mempunyai bau yang kurang menyenangkan. Pancuran mandi longgar, manakala tandas pula berbau seperti air kencing. Jubin lantai bilik mandi juga licin, yang pastinya berisiko kepada pengguna. Dengan mempertimbangkan semua perkara ini, harga yang dikenakan terasa agak mahal. Selain itu, pada asalnya kami merancang untuk daftar keluar pada jam 12 tengah hari, namun seawal pagi lagi kami sudah terbangun akibat bunyi bising dari luar bilik. Ini jelas menunjukkan bahawa kalis bunyi hotel sangat lemah. Akhirnya, saya dan isteri hanya mampu bangun awal, bersiap secara tergesa-gesa dan terpaksa daftar keluar lebih awal, sekali gus menamatkan pengalaman menginap yang kurang memuaskan ini. Jika ada lawatan lagi ke Cameron Highlands, kecuali ada penambahbaikan, ini mungkin kali pertama dan terakhir saya menginap di sini. Terima kasih.

Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The room was clean and comfortable, with basic amenities provided. The location was convenient, close to shops , Kea farm and restaurants. The hotel also had a good selection of movies already available on the TV, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. 🤗 Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Great for a short getaway, and we would consider coming back in the future.❤️👍

big rooms, apartment, kitchen microwave and electric kettle only, small fridge, sink utensils, convenient for preparing meal reheat takeaways. dining at rooms. just by the main road, very accessible. There's eating place nearby so no problem. pizza, cafe. and even 7-e, pharmacy. same building. so very convenient. all clean comfy and strong shower with good heater. cold rooms no ac, about 23'C night time. balcony, good nice view. Smart tv with access to YouTube and Netflix and others... didn't test wifi, used my own. helpful owner, fast reply to help and assistance.

parking need to pay per hour. so can get quite costly even for 1-2 per hour. big place, very quiet and not many people. think all the rooms that floor unoccupied.

I love the location and the hotel itself. it was a pleasant stay as the room was in a very good condition clean, got wifi and smart tv for my kids and we can enjoy the movies every night. nearby kea farm we just take 5 minutes to get there. affordable price, shopping place and eateries within walking distance

parking charges we spent more/less likely rm25 -rm30 for parking only for three day and two nights stay. back then on 2019 we got free parking and coupon from hotel but not this time.
