Central Luxury House with Fast Wifi

Good facilties, nice decor, games ans TV great.

It wasn't very clean. Floors and carpet need deep cleaning. Some mould on mastic in bathroom. Could of benefited from a tea towel or kitchen paper..

It was centrally located and within walking distance of Central Oxford. Beds were comfortable

It advertised free parking which is why we booked it but it did not exist within easy walking distance of the property . We eventually found parking after driving around and around but 10 mins walk away . When arriving in the dark with 2 toddlers, a baby and elderly relatives with mobility problems , this was extremely stressful. On arrival we turned the oven on to heat up some pizzas - the oven was very dirty and produced lots of smoke setting off the smoke alarms - again - very stressful with toddlers, baby and elderly relatives . The kitchen was poorly equipped. Underneath the sofa cushions and the sofas there was a lot of debris- hadn’t really been cleaned properly

Everything it is a lovely house and great location

Good communication around collecting keys etc. Very clean. Good to have the lounge space. Kitchen very spacious. Really good location, within 10 minutes of Oxford Station and 15 minutes of the centre of town.

There is no parking on site and very little available space on the side roads nearby. The park and ride is only about 10 minutes walk away so we were able to park there so not a major problem.

Location and large lounge/dining area for us to gather

Lack of utensils in kitchen-we cooked at home one evening and struggled with utensils Also felt that there were too many emails from the staff team-no sooner had we got there we were being told about time to get out/what we may be charged for etc. All of us felt the same and said it felt like we were not being trusted The curtain rail was broken on our arrival and we took a photo and let you know-I then had a stream of communications about this over our stay. We are a group of 8 professionals who studied in Oxford-we meet annually in different cities and this has not happened before.

Location - being close to city centre and station. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Whole property was really clean and had well equipped kitchen.

No lock on bathroom door. Would be great if there was a downstairs toilet especially when there's a large group staying. Allocated parking spaces were not available so had to find alternative spaces.

The location is fantastic. Easy to walk to the center yet quiet at night. Great rooms with really comfortable beds.

The parking for two vehicles is on street parking, clearly signed "one hour parking only, no return within one hour". I was assured any and all parking tickets would be covered but it wasn't a good feeling. There is a parking lot close, that we didn't investigate. The freezer was so in need of defrosting the door didn't even close, so the first thing we had to do was try to remove some ice and the kitchen has limited equipment for actually cooking. The bathroom has no lock on the door, so make sure you know the people you're staying here with!

Great location for us. Amazing restaurant across from it. Supermarket a few minutes drive away. Beds were really comfortable.
