The worst customer service I can ever expect. While I reached the property they allocated the room someone else and we were kicked out without basic decency. Neither the property owner nor the Booking.com informed me about such cancellations. This is one of the worst property you can ever book. I will never recommend this property to anyone unless you wanted to take a risk of sleeping in the street. This property must be removed from Booking.com
