The staff is friendly and helpful and the area is beautiful.

The area is nice, but you only need a day, max 2 to see everything there is to see. A mosquito net over the bed would be nice.

Fantastisk 10-points oplevelse. Gode værter som hjælper med alt. Helt unik flot oplevelse. Et højdepunkt på vores Sulawesi tur. Overraskende få myg (juli) og ingen insekter observeret i husene. Værelserne er primitive men både hyggelige, anvendelige og rene. Værterne griner meget - og hjælper med at arrangere ture i området.

El entorno y la ubicación son fantásticos. Los dueños son personas encantadoras, seviciales y muy atentas. Hay que tener en cuenta que no tienen agua caliente, pero con el calor que hace hasta se agradece uma ducha fría Cogimos el tour de un día con ellos y el chico que nos atendió, a pesar de no hablar mucho inglés y menos español, se adaptó perfectamente a nuestras preferencias y necesidades... una maravilla. .

Parece que el terreno ha cedido y nuestra cabaña estaba muy inclinada, no estaba nivelada. Eso hacía que fuese algo incónoda.

Staffs are very friendly

The staff and owners are very nice and helpful, breakfast was good and we had dinner there a couple of times. The rooms are just like the pictures there are no side tables for the bed but the mattress was comfortable . There is a a fan that you can set on a timer and also to swing in the room to provide adequate ventilation. The shower has a very poor output due to the eco-setup however the Mandi is fine to wash yourself. In three days or so, you will have done everything in the area, you can see flying bats in the evening from the bungalows as well as birds and water lizards. You can walk to a small village over the bridge where there is a shop where you can buy soft drinks and a warung for lunch. We didn’t have any problems with mosquitoes in the rooms. Bathroom was clean. Just bear in mind that the water you use from the Mandi goes straight into the water below, which isn’t very ecological. We had a lovely stay.

Amazing location - you have to go by a small boat for a short distance to get there - views of karst mountains and rice paddy fields. SO quiet and lovely. Great communal areas to sit and look out, the food was excellent and the owners were so lovely and helpful both in organising local tours and onwards transport. Really amazing place, if you go to Rammang Rammang, make sure you plan in time to stay the night instead of just a day trip - the quiet evenings and early mornings are magical!

Showers didn't have a lot of power in the water.

Certainly a very scenic location by a tidal river and between steep limestone hills. Breakfast is basic, but in line with what can be expected when traveling in rural Indonesia, away from the touristic centers. Staff is very friendly but speaks very little English.

The huts are very basic and offer only minimal comfort. Except for the bed there is no other furniture provided inside. The mattress is thin and hard, which we considered uncomfortable. Everything at the EcoLodge is dated and would require urgent refurbishing - if western standards were applied. There is no window in the bedroom, electric lights are low-power, it is very dark inside the room. The bathroom facilities are equally basic and no hot water is provided, also not for the shower. As there is no A/C and humidity is very high, clothes will be damp in the morning. The small-diameter fan mounted on one wall is noisy at higher speeds and is generally insufficient to provide acceptable evaporative cooling at night. There are numerous wooden boats going up and down the river. Most of them are extremely noisy. As the lodge is by the riverside and traffic is heavy during daytime, this definitely not a quiet location.
