Chic and Spacious Central Retreat

wir konnten gar nicht in die wohnung hinein / niemsnd half uns / das treppenhaus & umgebung eine katastrophe / nur dank hilfe von einem hausbewohner konnten wir ins haus eintreten / booking seite kam nicht / telefon unbeantwortet/ mit viel mühe konnten wir alles stornieren & dank der familie eine neue unterkunft finden. diese wohnung darf nicht weiter zur vermietung stehen!!!

Sehr gute Lage am Rande des jüdischen Viertels. Allerdings auch Mitten im Partyviertel. Vom Nachtleben, das auch gut und gerne bis 7 Uhr morgens geht, hat man jedoch nur sehr wenig aufgrund der gut isolierten Fenster mitbekommen. Die Ausstattung ist mit zwei Badezimmern gut.

Das Gebäude und der Flur sind doch recht runtergekommen, aber eben Budapesttypisch. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ganz normalen Wohngebäudeblock mit zahlreichen "normalen" Mietern. Den Aufzug kann ich nicht empfehlen - der deutsche TÜV würde den auf gar keinen Fall abnehmen..

Appartement spacieux et très confortable. Très agréable et bien placé pour un séjour à Budapest. Literie agréable. Hôte gentil et réactif, qui nous a donné des conseils sur la ville.

Entrée de l'immeuble très sale malgré le passage de la femme de ménage tous les jours. Immeuble pas très bien insonorisé, des voisins assez bruyants qui ont empêché de dormir nos amis. Malgré cela, nous avons passé un très bon voyage et nous recommandons cet appartement !

The apartments are absolutely gorgeous — high ceilings, very spacious, and beautifully designed. The location is great, with the city center within walking distance. Check-in was easy, and the instructions and recommendations were clear and helpful.

Soundproofing between the apartments is poor. If neighbors are having a party, it feels like you’re part of it. The entrance area and stairwell are quite unsettling and don’t feel safe. I would not recommend this place for solo female travelers or guests with children. We stayed as a couple, so I personally felt okay, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable going there alone.

El apartamento tiene unas instalaciones nuevas y cómodas.

El patio y la zona común es de vergüenza. Sucio, abandonado y basura acumulada un abandono total. Este apartamento no se puede ofrecer con una entrada a la finca en estas condiciones. Aunque fuera tirar la cantidad de enseres y basura. Impresentable Si yo fuera el propietario del apartamento haría un pequeño aseo del patio aunque me hiciera cargo, así no se puede ofrecer la estancia. Zona de ocio ruidosa Chinches en la cama, picaron a nuestros hijos!!

Apartment was just as described in listing/photos, was very stylish and finished to a high standard. Lots of room to relax and chill out. Location was good in relation to local cafes and restaurants, walking into town and to main tourist areas.

Apartment is extremely noisy at night (until about 3am) with people on the street, revellers etc, which made it very difficult to sleep in the main bedroom which looks onto that street. Communal areas of the building are very tired and uninviting, which is unfortunate (but not the fault of the host).

Ηταν ζεστο διαμερισμα ,ειχε ζεστο νερο συνεχεια ,αρκετες παροχες και ευρυχωρο για δυο οικογενειες.

Η καθαριοτητα του διαμερισματος θα μπορουσε να ηταν καλυτερη. Η περιοχη ειχε λιγο παραπανω φασαρια τα βραδια

El apartamento está muy bien en general, con amplio espacio común y cocina completa con todas las facilidades para hacer café, té, tostadas, etc. Incluso lavavajillas con pastilla para poder usarlo si fuese necesario (no lo probamos). Dos baños muy completos y cómodos, duchas amplias y con muy buena cantidad y temperatura del agua. Al llegar no estaban todas las toallas y sábanas solicitadas y las trajeron rápidamente, la propiedad está pendiente de muchas de las necesidades.

El portal siempre está abierto, el patio está muy muy descuidado y las escaleras aparecen sucias de colillas, condones, papeles, lo que no es muy agradable de encontrar. Las noches son muy ruidosas por la fiesta en la calle que dura hasta las 7 de la mañana y las ventanas no aislan lo suficiente. Además, una de las persianas no bajaba. El lado de persianas que funcionaba, mueve las de las dos habitaciones simultaneamente, lo que no es conveniente si en una habitación quieren luz y en la otra no. La cama doble y el sofá cama son de 1,35 m, que resultó algo ajustado para dormir dos amigas. Lo peor de todo es la manilla para entrar al apartamento, no éramos capaces de abrirla ni siguiendo las indicaciones de Roberto para introducir el código y girarla, muy estresante tener que hacer unos 15 intentos cada vez que queríamos entrar.
