Joseph Studio Apartment by Irundo

The location is good, short walking distance to restaurants and bars, shops all around. Apartment is nicely decorated and well equipped. The air conditioning and wifi worked well, decent sized fridge and freezer. Bed was comfortable. Parking in the courtyard was nice to have. It was easy to communicate with the property management.

The central location also poses issues when trying to enter courtyard car park. Other people use it too so there are other cars coming in and out a one lane entrance on and off a busy street. Although plenty of instructors were sent regarding the parking code etc, it was confusing and stressful arriving in a strange place and trying to enter quickly with people yelling at you to get out of the way. FYI for future guests: The keypad for the car park entrance has a black cover on it, you have to pull cover down to expose the keypad which we did not realise. It has ‘Irundo’ labelled above it. The lobby/entrance of the apartment building is awful. Not at all welcoming, it’s like entering a warehouse. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs. The apartment is small, especially the hallway leading in and the bathroom. The electric kettle did not work. Although clean, I found the apartment dusty, especially the curtain by the bed, I suffer allergies so I noticed.

The place is cosy and comfortable. Matea, the point of contact, was friendly and helpful the whole time via WhatsApp. Responded to all our questions and provided a great service. On the last day, although having to leave the apartment at 10 am (I would suggest 11 am), he allowed us to keep our car parked until almost 2 pm because we were walking around visiting the tunnels, cathedral, market and other nearby points of interest. Another thing, when trying to take the rubbish downstairs, people told us we were using the wrong bags, so I contacted Matea and he told me to keep it in the apartment and they would take care of it. The decoration of the flat is nicely picked, and the stay was as you expect a place to be.

The apartment was completely amazing. It was super cute, clean and with a very good location. Moreover the staff was very kind.

Everything was perfect

the location was simply amazing. as this beautiful studio is located in the very city center, it allowed you to get anywhere pretty easily also, the check-in and check-out worked seamlessly and the team behind accommodation was super helpful and friendly. whenever my path takes me to zagreb again, which it will, i'd insist staying here again.

Great place, host, location and over all experience for a family of three.

Lovely apartment, very modern and nicely decorated. Had everything we need for a short stay. Centrally located for exploring the city.

The bathroom was very hot as no air-conditioning in that room. The entrance to the building looked a little dubious but still felt safe.

Charming studio in hearth of Zagreb. Parking provided even though the location not being conducive to it (bery busy city center).
