Traku street Apartment in Vilnius

The apartment was totally unhygienic state: •various hairs were found on the bed and inside the bedding, and the mattress had the smell of urine. • There was dust, lint, and other dirt in the premises. • the towels had an unpleasant odour • the television service was not functioning; The management communication was very poor. They came only with one solution ,to send a cleaner on the next day. After a long travelling had to clean the apartment myself.

The apartment is beautiful! Everything is new and extremely well decorated. It is right in the city centre, for us was perfect as you have all main attractions close by plus all the restaurants and coffee shops. We recommend it 100%.

We would suggest to have a window blind on the window on top of the bed to avoid natural light in the early morning. It is a detail thought, it didn’t impact our wonderful stay.

Die Lage war perfekt! Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen &hatten auch viele Restaurants, Kneipen und Ausgehmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir hatten ausreichend Handtücher, Bettzeug, Küchenutensilien & es war auch sehr sauber.

Schöne und helle Wohnung. Die Küche ist sauber und hat alles was man benötigt. EXTREM gute Lage, Mittem im Zentrum. Man kann wunderbar die Altstadt entdecken. Die Wohung ist ruhig, nachts haben wir keinen Lärm oder Ähnliches wahrgenommen. Simple aber funktionale und gute Einrichtung. Es gab Kaffee und Tee (was wir nicht getrunken haben, aber trotzdem zu schätzen wissen) Selbst-Check In und check out unkompliziert und gut beschrieben.

Leider gab es folgende Punkte die nicht optimal waren: - Das Wasser in der Badewanne ist extrem langsam abgelaufen (beim Duschen hat sich das also in der Badewanne angesammelt) - Laut Booking ist der check-in ab 15 Uhr. Jedoch haben wir nach der Buchung eine E-Mail erhalten, dass der Check-in erst ab 15:30 ist - in dieser E-Mail stand auch dass man auf KEINEN Fall die Klimaanlage verwenden soll. Dann sollte das aber aus der Booking Beschreibung rausgenommen werden, dass das Apartment über eine Klimaanlage verfügt.. - Der Stuhl am Schreibtisch war kaputt und konnte daher nicht verwendet werden - Die Heizung im Bad war leider etwas mit Staub bedeckt, man wollte das Handtuch dort nicht aufhängen
