Το τζακούζι δεν έβγαζε ζεστό νερό και το παράθυρο δεν είχε κουρτίνες

TERRIBLE COMPANY, BAIT AND SWITCH AND THEN DID NOT RESPOND

They company pulled a bait and switch on us and we are still trying to get a refund. They switched our apartment the morning of our check in. We did not have a good internet connection to view the photos that they sent a few hours before check in, we made the mistake to accept in good faith that it would be acceptable and "just a few minutes away". When we arrived it was in a commercial building, dark, gloomy, smelled of chemicals. A few of the floors had boxes and couches on them so it was difficult to get our luggage up the stairs. The apartment had 1 bedroom and a sofa bed with stains all over it when we booked a 2 bedroom that looked much nicer from the photos (PHOTO 1 IS WHAT WE BOOKED). The internet was spotty and then completely stopped working. The bathroom drain was clogged and did not drain. We contacted the property immediately telling them of the problems (with photos) and kindly asked them for an alternative apartment. They did not respond. We did not feel comfortable staying in the apartment with our 6 year old daughter given all the problems and smell of chemicals. They never responded to our messages despite contacting us on Whatsapp earlier in the day to switch the apartment on us. We contacted booking.com to ask them for help. Booking.com asked us for proof so I sent a letter with photos immediately. We vacated the apartment and had to find a hotel nearby. We have contacted booking.com several times waiting for them to help us get a refund from the property and they are still "in the process" of helping us. It's been a nightmare. AVOID THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE DISHONEST.

Ήταν πολύ καθαρό και το σημαντικότερο είναι ότι όσες φορές κ να Επικοινώνησα με την εταιρία κάθε φορά ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί,δεν δουλεύω το τηλεχειριστήριο του air condition αμέσως ήρθε ο συνεργάτης τους και μας το έφτιαξε στο λεπτό πολύ καλή επιλογή άνετο ότι πρέπει να χαλάρωση,καθαρό τζακούζι

Το μόνο που έχω να πω ότι ότι το τζακούζι αργεί λίγο να ζεσταθεί αλλά με το που ζεσταθεί είναι ότι καλύτερο(σίγουρα 4 ώρες αλλά αξίζει σίγουρα!)

Άψογη ανταπόκριση απο το προσωπικό ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετεί σε όλες τις απορίες που μπορεί να εχεις για το κατάλυμα και τις παροχές του 10/10 απο εμένα

Ολα ήταν καλα

Ότι μου άλλαξαν κατάλυμα τελευταία στιγμή και ήταν πολυ μακριά και αναγκαστικά μέσα στην νύχτα που έφτασα με τα 3 παιδιά να ψάχνω μεταφορικο μέσο
