The property is nice and convenient

I booked on booking app and confirmed the booking, when my family arrived in the hotel they told that theres no available room for 2 which i book 2 room 1 is for 2 and 1 for solo and confirmed and instead of giving my family a good offer or solution for their mistake on not updating their room availability online my original billed become higher from around 6,000 pesos become 8,000 pesos my point is if the hotel have the mistake they should offer solution which customer should not shoulder/pay
