كان لدي حجز مؤكد وتم سحب المبلغ كامل ومالك الشقه لم يقم باعطائي المفتاح وان هنالك خطاء من بوكينق تم الاتصال على بوكينق ومكالمة موظف اسمه زياد وابلغته بمشكلتي ولم يقم بمساعدتي بعد مرور خمس ايام وارسلت ولم يتم الرد من بوكينق
