"Great stay in a prime spot of Ballito"

View was amazing, secure parking, walking distance to beach and shops. The security was so welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony taking in the view

No breakfast...

We understand how difficult it is to clean a unit when guests are departing and new guests are arriving. However, we feel that when arriving a little earlier in the day, check-in time at 3pm was late for us, as we we had to leave our previous unit by 9.30am and therefore we were twiddling our thumbs for a considerable amount of time before being allowed to enter the unit at 3pm. Booking.com allowed us to put arrival time from 1pm, but our request was declined. In spite of this, the unit was wonderful, clean, and with great amenities and location!

The flat was perfect but the customer service from the owner was shocking. She was very rude.

The flat was perfect but the customer service from the owner was shocking. She was very rude. On checkout day the maid was knocking at the door from 09:10 every 10 minutes. As rude as the owner.

Very easy to use the key box on check-in and check-out. The host was also super helpful

There was no soap in the bathrooms and there was no wifi code left to link to - not major train smash cause the property is amazing
