"Excellent"

Air conditioning was not working in all rooms. System needs to be upgraded. Very old and pipes likely corroded thus leaking refigerant causing high output temperatures.

"Beautiful Ballito"

Spacious apartment, ideally located with direct access to the beach. Had everything we needed and was clean. There's also lots of restaurants and shopping complexes within walking distance of the apartment.

It would have been nice if guests could use the washing machine and dryer since a beach holiday inevitably means wet clothes!
