I punti di forza sono la posizione estremamente vicina al centro della città, la temperatura della casa (essendo arrivate in pieno inverno ci è piaciuto molto trovare una casa già bella calda), e la disponibilità del proprietario che ci ha dato libertà di orari per arrivo e per check out, gestendo tutto in autonomia

L'acqua della doccia non si scaldava e rimaneva tiepida, a tratti fredda. Abbiamo comunque segnalato al proprietario, per cui probabilmente questo piccolo disagio verrà risolto

Отличное расположение апартаментов, поблизости находятся остановки автобусов, рестораны и кафе. Квартира чистая, есть посуда, сковородка, кастрюля, чайник, кофемашина, столовые приборы.

Жаль, что нет стиральной машины. И вода в душе очень быстро перестает быть горячей. Мы останавливались зимой, так что это было довольно критично.

The owner was very friendly and the location is great

The smell in the apartment is terrible.. smell of dampness and sewer (miros groaznis de canal si igrasie... am domit 3 nopti si ne put hainele la fel... nu am mai trait asa ceva!)... our clothes smell liek crazy, I never experinced such a thing! Also the apartment was not very clean, I had to remove the carpets because they did not look very clean and my child walk barefoot... OMG... I was so happy this morning when we did the check-out!
