After the rest in the apartment, we had mixed impressions. On the one hand, the equipment, amenities and modern interior design were as in the photos from the ad. But on the other hand, there was terrible service, communication with the management organisation, location (which was within a radius of 200 metres further from the coast) we spent half an hour searching for apartments because we received the wrong coordinates twice. But there was more. In the apartment, we encountered cleaners who were cleaning the room for another hour. By the fact that the check-in time was 15:00, we actually checked in at 16:30. Naturally, it is impossible to clean 3 rooms qualitatively in an hour, as a result we got dirty showers and an untidy kitchen. Everywhere there were traces of water, rust, insects and hair. Complete unsanitary conditions. Added disappointments evening power outages, endless loud construction work nearby. The puncher was hammering right behind the bedroom wall. In every way, we were annoyed by poor-quality finishing, dirty walls and surfaces, broken fittings, hanging on one bolt a large TV in the bedroom, torn curtains, broken front door, hard-to-open doors to the terraces. On the part of the management company, it feels like a robot from the past millennium is communicating with you. The final point was the refusal to compensate for 2-hour waiting check in the form of a later check out. In general, we are very upset and strongly do not recommend these apartments and Amazzzing services.

The apartment is modern and in a good location close to the center of Marsalforn.

The apartment wasn't clean enough. Even though we showed our intention to use the BBQ in the balcony before we visit, the balcony and the BBQ were dirty with sand so we had to buy cleaning products to clean the chairs, the table and the BBQ. Also, the bedsheets were dirty. The location shown in the information is not the correct one, so we had to call the customer service after looking for 30 minutes for the apartment, to send us the correct address.

Everything ... Except the bed it is not comftable it hurts to sleep but else is perfect thankyou
