The hotel is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere, its also located in what seems to be a very clean and nice area with tons of businesses and dining nearby! The staff at the front desk was super friendly and easy to communicate with, The room was very clean and well stocked upon our arrival, the beds and pillows were amazing! It was like sleeping on a cloud! Overall, it was a great stay.

The only negative thing I have to say about the stay- is the shower... which is why I rated an 8/10. After a long day if you are looking forward to a nice shower- it might be a bit disappointing. The water pressure was very low and even at the highest 'Hot' water setting- it was only a bit above warm... We were only there one night for the Beyoncé Concert, so it wasn't that drastic of an issue, but for someone that would be staying here a longer period of time, it might be an issue... I'm not sure if the shower is the same in all rooms, but this is based on my experience in the room I checked into.
