"Great accomodation, bad location"

What impressed me about the accommodation was the functionality and access to the building and apartment using the mobile app. At the same time, the landlord's approach was very professional and considerate and the interior was clean and functional with everything we needed.

The location is rather trivial. The apartment is a short walk from the main train station and the surrounding area has the visual of a ghetto. There are quite a lot of dark-skinned people around, shouting at you, chasing you, etc. Especially returning to the accommodation in the evening was not pleasant at all and one has to be vigilant. Especially if you are a woman travelling alone I wouldn’t reccomend this accomodation to you. At the same time, the accommodation is located on a rather noisy multi-lane road. Fortunately, this is partly eliminated by the soundproof windows, but you need to keep the bathroom door closed otherwise the noise is very disturbing.

"Would recommend for a short stay"

Very clean, helpful staff.

No fridge (even a small one) in the room I was staying in which can be an issue to some people when the weather warms up but we had no problem with it! Room was cool as was the weather.

"Nice flat near train station"

Location- close to the train station, Price is ok, Procedure of check-in was easy to follow, Good contact with the host.

There was no informatorom that flat is located on floor "-1". Air conditioner was not working. To open the door it was required to have the internet connection.

great location, spacious room, staff friendly via what’s app

no safe in room, and we did not like the online use of opening/unlocking the door. at times this didn’t work and it always felt strange not having a key. also when returning at night time the hallway and our room smelt of cigarettes and for no smokers this wasn’t very nice.
