This is our first trip to Italy and Alice's apartments were the first where we stayed. And we are delighted, first of all, because we were lucky with the place where we stayed. The apartments are spacious, bright and very clean. There are all the dishes and kitchen utensils that everyone usually needs at home. We were pleased with the roaster, kettle, microwave and coffee maker with delicious coffee. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher and everything for their use. Every detail is thought out. Furniture and equipment are in excellent condition. Although the apartments are located in a favorite place for tourists, there is no noise either inside or on one of the two terraces. Within walking distance of the park and spa, restaurants. View of the park and Lake Garda. Parking is free, directly under the house. We were warmly welcomed with two animals. Upon arrival, a gift of a bottle of wine, mineral water and excellent quality handmade soap awaited us. The hostess is always in touch and takes care of the guests. I recommend staying at Alice's apartments for those who are going to Lake Garda.

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement la propreté de l’appartement les équipements il y avait tout ce qu’il faut dans l’appartement lessives, de l’eau des barres de chocolat, l’accueil de l’hôte très très agréable disponible j’ai demandé si elle avait une idée de restaurant pour dîner le soir elle m’a gentiment renseigné, la place de parking en bas de l’appartement , le lit très confortable un séjour parfait merci encore pour tout à bientôt

Tutto perfetto! Alice waited at the parking lot and introduced us to the appartment. Pre-communication via Whatsapp worked well. quick answers. The appartment is located directly in the old city enter of Sirmione, therefore perfect to walk around...

Die Lage ist einmalig. Das Apartment hat zwei Balkone und bietet einen Ausblick ins Grüne sowie auf den Gardasee. Das Apartment war super clean und perfekt ausgestattet. Ein privater Parkplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Eine sehr effiziente und moderne Klimaanlage hat uns an den warmen Tagen einen angenehmen und entspannten Rückzugsort geboten. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war sehr herzlich und fürsorglich.

Accoglienza eccezionale, ragazze gentilissime, casa pulita e attrezzata, con tutto il necessario per cucinare e fornita di lavastoviglie, il bagno pulito e con teli per doccia, asciugamani phon e lavatrice, camera ampia con aria condizionata. Bellissima vista sui giardini delle terme e balconcino con vista lago, posizione ottimale vicino alle spiagge, accanto alle terme e molti ristoranti a pochi passi dalla casa. Posto macchina riservato. Ci siamo trovati benissimo!
