Appartamento nuovissimo

The apartment was clean and spatious with outside balcony. There was an equipped kitchen with the large fridge and free bottles of water prepared for us. The self check-in and check-out went smoothly even though I had strange feeling about it (see below). The host communicated in English. There was a covered entrance hall where we could store our bicycles without worrying about them.

The communication with the host seemed a bit strange to me - I didn't even know who I am talking to as the host hadn't introduced himself (or herself). We just got instructions to install an unknown app from mobile marketplace and no other info until the day of our arrival. Eventually everything went smoothly as the app was used to open the main gate, but it would be nice to know in advance what to expect. I had to ask for WiFi password (it was not written anywhere) and the signal was poor, especially in the rooms. Also the shower was super small so one could barely fit in but I understand that it's not fault of the owner.
