"Ładnie wyremontowany apartament na Alfamie z wejściem przy przystanku zabytkowego tramwaju."

Brudna kanapa i trudny kontakt z opiekunem mieszkania. Dodałabym wieszaki na ręczniki w łazienkach. Przezroczyste drzwi do jednej łazienki mogą stanowić dla niektórych osób problem. W lokalu brak informacji o bezpośrednim telefonie do Zarządcy. Ma to znaczenie gdy coś się dzieje, np przy nagłym braku prądu czy też niesprawnej lodówce albo braku dodatkowej pościeli, gdy się o taką prosiło.

Baja la calificación el que el lavamanos de la habitación principal y la ducha del baño del pasillo estén taponados y se rebozen. Un poco lioso el sistema de encendido de las luces.
