Nice little town, very convenient location on the main road

While we noticed in the reviews about smoking we had too much of a smoking smell for our satisfaction.

Příjemná paní domácí. Příjemné ručníky,připravené kafe a mléko v lednici.

Okna do ulice nebyla hlukově utěsněna. Vše z ulice řev opilců a hluk aut bylo v pokoji slyšet. Dále do pokoje pronikal smrad z cigaretového kouře, asi majitelka je silná kuřačka. Už více bych si pokoj nepronajala. Koupelna taky žádný skvost. Velmi malý prostor pro větší osoby. Olupující se barva a v koutech zašlá špína.

Beautiful duvet sets on the bed, lovely comfortable beds. Really nice room. Tea facilities including a pint of milk in a mini fridge were provided. (Knew fridge would be there but didn't know milk would be provided hence 'exceeded expectations' choice of feedback. Didn't mind that breakfast wasn't provided as had breakfast with relations. Did find there was a cafe nearby that looked like it sold breakfast too.

Main issue was difficulty sleeping due to being on the main street and the window was not sound-proof against traffic to the extent I double-checked and triple-checked that the window was 100% closed. No room in fridge for dairy-free milk I brought with me but the landlady kindly offered to decant some into a smaller container and I was able to store it at our relations house as we went there for breakfast anyway. Would have been useful to know the size of the fridge in advance.

The location was excellent , the room was clean with comfortable bed. The host , lady Caroline was welcoming and willing to help.

Nothing to criticise about

The room smell of cigarettes. It is advertised as having a parking but in reality one must park on the street, with no allocated parking spaces.
