The location,cleanliness and the comfy bed

Very comfortable beds and decorated nicely throughout. Quiet area for a good nights sleep. Plenty of space for a large group. Easy to park.

When we arrived at 3pm and the house was still being cleaned. The living area looked like it hadn’t been hoovered and the dining table, coffee table, and worktops hadn’t been wiped down. There’s only 4 plates and bowls despite being listed as a 6 person house. It looked like one of the beds hadn’t been changed. Hair all over the pillow and the bottom sheet all crinkled like it had been slept on. The bath mats around the toilets are grim. The towels were stained. No tea towel. No bath mats. Only given 4 towels and one hand towel.

Spacious and clean property very easy to get to, free parking, literally 5 mins from anywhere you want to be in the city centre, tram stop outside and small tesco nearby aswell. Was here for a boys weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay

Nice, cosy house. Doesn’t look like much from the outside, but it’s lovely. Absolutely spotless clean. The beds were lovely and comfortable. 3 toilets & 2 showers. Plenty of storage space for clothes if needing to unpack. Parking space available. Good lighting in the bathroom (iykyk). Hair dryer available at the property, which was great, because no one in my group remembered to bring one!

Not the property itself, but when I was sent the link for check in details, the listing of the property wouldn’t come up. However, the owner of the property replied to my message in no time on Booking.com, so if you experience the same thing just contact the property owner and they will help you

Comfortable and nice property

Weren’t given the lock box code before arrival. When we tried to call when we were at the property the number wouldn’t connect. Messaged on the app and got a response asking if we could come back at 7 as a leak was found the night before. We agreed check in between 3pm and 4pm and received no message before arriving stating there was an issue. We were in Manchester for a concert and agreed to leave our bags at the property and go out before the leak was fixed as we couldn’t wait. Got into the property and the property hadn’t been cleaned from the guests before. Bins were full, beds weren’t made and previous towels were still left out. These were sorted when we got back but it wasn’t what we needed when we got there. Understand if there was a leak but the rest of the property could be sorted

Good for a family stay! 3 rooms and comfy bed! Very closed to Old Trafford!
