"Not happy with the treatment by the reception."

Sorry to say not cooperative staff Some understanding is needed towards woman.

Reception was very rude with my wife who checked out a little late as she was not feeling welll. They keep asking for money for little late check out by my wife who was not well. Little understanding is required towards woman.Money was not everything. We were three people we paid for third person but only one towel in the room and only two glasses they take extra person money but no towels in the room

the property is good but the service really needs to improve

We will made to wait as someone had parked their car behind us… staff had no clue who’s car it was… also the service needs to improve… room service isn’t quick
