MYFantastic! Nice location. very friendly and helpful staff who try their best to speak english and communicate with us to assist us in getting rental car and activities reserved. The wonderful hotel wouldn’t perfect without the supportive staff. The hotel facilities are great, clean, nice view, nice restaurant! Free shuttle bus. Highly recommended

DESuper ruhige Lage am Strand. Sehr großzügige Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick (Superior-Doppelzimmer). Sehr hilfsbereites Personal (teilweise englisch-sprachig). Sehr ansprechende kostenlose tägliche Angebote im Hotel (köstliches Ananas-Tasting, Sekt-Sundowner am Strand). Viele Aktivitäten, die man buchen konnte (z.B. Fahrradverleih, Schnorchel- und Kajaktouren und vieles mehr; besonders sind die Kanutouren durch die Mangovenwälder zu empfehlen - wirklich einzigartig!). Entgegen älterer Bewertungen gab es im Bad ausreichend Pflegeprodukte.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhalig aber hielt recht wenig für westliche Geschmäcker bereit. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, war, dass sowohl für Frühstück als auch für’s Abendessen nur Kunststoff-Geschirr zur Verfügung stand. Wichtig zu wissen!: Auch außerhalb der Taifun-Saison kann es sein, dass die Fähren von Uehara gecancelt werden ( ist uns bei Hin- und Rückfahrt passiert). Als Ersatz muss man dann die Fähre von Ohara aus nehmen ( dieser Ort liegt ca. 40 min weiter vom Hotel entfernt und bietet andere Abfahrzeiten. Das sollte bei der Reiseplanung beachtet werden.

BEStaff is very helpful and there is a very good list of activities offered by hotel. The location was excellent.
Breakfast could be improved and rooms/facilities are now a bit dated.
