Residenza Diana- Ortigia Holidays

L’appartamento è molto spazioso. Servito delle cose principali. Era abbastanza pulito. Ottima posizione.

Manca la lavatrice. Consiglierei di mettere a disposizione i secchi e sacchi appositi per fare la raccolta differenziata già dentro l’appartamento. L’ingresso all’edificio è un po’ tetro. Una spazzata per terra ogni tanto potrebbero darla!

Comfortable bed and pillows, large spacious rooms. Complimentary cold water and juice in fridge.

Shower could do with a refresh. Living room wooden shutters broken, unable to open one side. A lot of dust and building work going on around room.

Il bagno sarebbe da rivedere, in particolare la rubinetteria e coperchio e tavoletta del wc, altra cosa è il parcheggio. Ortigia è tutta ZTL e i parcheggi sono tutti a pagamento. Per fortuna sono molto vicini e molto comodi.

This was a lovely, quiet accomodation in a great part of Ortigia. The rooms were spacious and the air conditioning worked well. It had a spacious kitchen and dining area that would be perfect if you were cooking, however there is also a great cafe down the street to the left.

Character of building & interior

Quality of facilities are so poor. The owner didn’t not check if it was ready to rent it out. We paid for the stay, but we had to tell the owner what were not good and needed to be changed. The first night we couldn’t take shower. A shower head was broken, sink didn’t work, fungi in a shower room and many more…noisy… dusty entrance..etc.

The location was very central and close to the sea. There were 3 very large rooms.

Furniture was not comfortable. Lighting was brash. Wifi was unreliable. Room safe was unusable. Noisy.

Incredible place with a real palazzo vibe! Cozy interior, lots of space, enfilade of rooms, stylish design and entertaining details

Shower head needs a replacement, lack of washing machine

Very spacious and well located property. Beautiful heigh and decorated ceilings and floor tiles that give an authentic Sicilian feeling.

Bathroom needs and update and better cleaning. Also it can be noisy as windows are not soundproof and the apartment ist directly onto the street on the first floor.
