The apartment was well located within easy walking distance to the Sé Cathedral and was modernly furnished and styled and good value.

Although I've rated our overall experience as 10, the check-in arrangements could have been better. I would have expected a prior email with the lock-box information and a picture of the building entrance as it's not well marked. We arrived early and the host did not respond to either Booking.com messages, WhatsApp or answer his phone and we waited for an hour and a half outside the apartment to get check-in information - half an hour past the 3pm check-in time. Although well furnished and equipped, I feel the apartment could have more hanging hooks, particularly the bedroom, it was difficult to open the door with the key, the TV could have been bigger with more channels, and the wi-fi signal is poor in the bedroom. Overall however, a perfect place to stop over.

The location, the simplicity and funcionality.

Cleaning wise it could be better, there were some loose hair here and there, and some finger prints on the kitchen doors and drawers.

Very spacious, bright and renovated apartment in old town Guarda. Dog friendly! AC in every room so heating is no issue during winter :) Large kitchen to cook in.

If kitchen would have olive oil and some basic spices and coffee capsules for coffee machine it would be perfect!

Spacious well equipped apartment with outdoor area.

Very small complaint but would have preferred a duvet rather than blankets.

Everything was first class. The location was within walking distance to the town square. The host kindly left a welcome bottle of wine.

We liked everything.

Very nice decorated. With all conditions needed. Very quiet to rest.
