The spa was wonderful. It seemed that everything is new. There was a correct opening hours, so we could enjoy it after a long day. The apartment was the same, we liked it a lot.

Terrible stay. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE. No housekeeping throughout our stay for 3 nights. Asked for replenish of towels from the receptionist but was only delivered to us 24hrs later. During our stay there was no one who could assist us with our query as the receptionist was probably there for just a few hours in the morning. There was NO air conditioning and no fans provided. We were just told to open the windows so the cold air could come in.. It was summer and almost 30 degree outside. But, when we open the windows - we welcome flies, mosquitoes and insects. The apartment comes with kitchen equipped, we used it and the fire alarm was alerted - obviously not well designed. There was also free alarm clock as there was construction happening next door and it start right up at 7am in the morning. Overall stay here if you love insects and don’t mind getting bitten, do not mind re-using towels throughout your stay and likes to be secretive.

Great location and the rooms were spacious

Staff were extremely rude and condescending. We were told many lies about things not working, water and air conditioning, only to later be told there was no air conditioning. Found a cockroach in the room, the floors were not vacuumed, one of our party was bitten several times by a spider.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The interior is modern and very clean, and the host provided clear and helpful communication from the start. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment on the second floor — everything was tidy and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy for us to prepare meals. The elevator was a big help when moving our luggage. One of the highlights was the well-maintained sauna. After heating it up, we could relax on the loungers — it was such a pleasant and rejuvenating experience.
