Sarvoday Eco Homestay, Sawantwadi

The homestay is very clean and comfortable. Mr. Rajan is very friendly and excellent host. The atmosphere around homestay is clean and green.The food is homely ,healthy and very tasty.His homestay is in a place where there are hardly any vehicular traffic. So very peaceful.

There was nothing to dislike.

The place was surrounded by lush greens. The host is extremely welcoming and supportive. If anyone wants to spend some quality time with oneself, family or with nature, i would highly recommend it.

Its a off beat location in Sawantwadi. Its a very peaceful place and Mr. Rajan takes care of his guests very well. Its a homely "ECO" Stay but very neat and very clean stayed with my family. Though the evenings were bit hot without AC(for my in laws), the night was quite chill and the fan does the job. Home cooked food is available at is very wholesome and healthy. Overall a nice place to stay and trust me its an eye opener for people who are spoilt in the concrete jungle and running behind luxury.

The quality and cleanliness of the Homestay was notable. The amenities provided in the accommodation e.g. bed, mattresses, towel and washroom were as per our expectations. I can say that the location of the homestay was in City and not in City also, as the place was so calm & quite but also within 5 minutes away from the City. The location was within the close proximity to centre of attractions, transportation, and convenience. The host Mr. Rajan was friendly and attentiveness to our requirements. The breakfast was also as per local tradition. Most of the time we had the lunch and dinner outside the homestay due to our travel plans. The tariff was also reasonable.

The location is really nice. The place was neat, clean, and comfortable. Lots of trees, peace, and birds around to watch. Rajan Sir hosted us well. Very flexible and warm. The place will treat you well if you love a stay in the laps of nature.

Value for money . Big room and bathroom . Clean and Hygenic . Beautiful view . Host was very friendly and helpful . Have made wonderful use of sensor based outdoor lights . The exposed red laterite wall have been built without plaster . Ecofriendly

The room was spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. The view out of the room was really exceptional, especially the view of the sun set. We enjoyed the short nature walks in and around the town. We also paid for the organic farming tour which was well worth every penny. Our 4-year old son also enjoyed every minute of our stay here. Would highly recommend a stay here!
