Luxury Apartment in Palazzo Spada

We loved this apartment. It is immaculately clean and beautifully set up with everything we needed and more. The building is stunning with lots of history and well positioned close to town, but very quiet. We loved sitting on the balcony in the afternoons. Tanja is a wonderful and generous host; very responsive and helpful with suggestions and information about the apartment and Bologna including restaurants and activities. We are very grateful for a wonderful stay in Bologna.

Everything was just perfect! Tanja met us outside when we arrived to show how how to get in. The apartment was sparkly clean, everything is in top shape and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, walking distance from all main sights in Bologna. Tanja was super responsive in what's app and helped with everything we needed. Highly recommend, we would definitely come back again on our next visit.

Não poderíamos ter ficado mais bem instaladas: o apartamento é lindo, muito bem cuidado e decorado com bom gosto, situado no coração da cidade mas em ambiente silencioso. A nossa anfitriã, Tanja, foi verdadeiramente espetacular: muito querida, explicou a história do Palazzo onde o apartamento está inserido, partilhou dicas úteis e deixou uma série de mimos de boas-vindas que fizeram toda a diferença. I loved this place! It's in a beautiful old building but with simple modern furnishings. It's very clean. The location is great. You can walk to all the best spots in Bologna in no time and there are nice spots for eating and drinking on the same street so you don't have to go far!

We had a fantastic stay at the Luxury Apartment in Palazzo Spada in Bologna. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we could possibly need — from thoughtful touches like snacks waiting for us after a long day of travel, to practical things like washing pods for the laundry. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to the main square, surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and shops. It was the perfect base for exploring Bologna. A huge shoutout to Tanja, our incredible host. She was so helpful throughout our stay — offering excellent breakfast recommendations, always replying within minutes, and even going above and beyond to help us try to find alternate accommodation when our flight to Heathrow was cancelled. Truly, nothing was too much trouble for her. This apartment and Tanja’s hospitality made our trip to Bologna so memorable. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!
