Помимо идеального расположения — когда под боком и метро и очень красивый парк, все нужные магазины вроде Лидл и Ашан — хочется отдельно отметить уровень сервиса.Всё идеально чисто, техника исправна, а интерьер продуман до мелочей. Отдельное спасибо хозяину — очень приветливый, доброжелательный и всегда на связи, помог быстро сориентироваться и ответил на все вопросы. Наличие парковки стало огромным плюсом. Это тот случай, когда и комфорт жилья, и отношение владельца заслуживают высшей оценки. Обязательно вернемся снова!»

The position was good, quite close to my point of interest and public transportation facilities. The size of the apartment was good, but a lot of things did not function well: 1) First, the bed from bedroom broke when I went to sleep. Therefore all of us, me & my husband & my kid, slept on extendable coach in the living room. The host was quite quick in solving the issue (2nd day he fixed the bed, nevertheless it did not feel very solid, so we continued to sleep on the extendable sofa) 2) The lamp from bedroom did not work - I open it and fixed it (somebody intentionally loosened the bulb, so it was out of contact) 3) The cleanliness in the bathroom was not exactly top....the cleaning company did very badly its job (see attached pictures) Also, in the bathroom they should have some hooks for hanging the towels/clothes 4) The kitchen is pretty basic, it has furniture but not all the necessary things if you stay 2-3 days and you literally use the kitchen. Also the cleanliness in the kitchen should be done better (pictures attached). The plates were worn out, cutlery insufficient from my point of view, dirty drawers, no cloth to wipe the dishes, no lid for the pan (if you fry something, the oil can spread around...)
