Nós atendeu perfeitamente. Não tivemos nenhum contratempo.

Apesar de estar perto da Estação Centrale e do terminal de ônibus, na período da noite não há muitas opções de alimentação perto. Esse lado da cidade, a noite é meio deserto. Durante o dia é movimentado pois fica perto do Mercado.

La ubicación.

Olía muchísimo a cloaca, la casa llena de ambientadores que no camuflaba el olor. El agua de la ducha casi no tenía presión.

"Prima verblijf"

Verblijf is zoals aangegeven op de foto’s. Is een groot appartement met voldoende slaapruimte en twee badkamers. ´Suite’ geeft het idee dat je binnenkomt in een hotel, maar is louter een type air b’n’b. Makkelijk : contactloos. Wel een puzzeltje met codes en sleutels. Als je van persoonlijk contact houdt, dan is dit niet voor jou. Uitbater wel vlot bereikbaar via whats app. Wij hadden een probleem aangaande handdoeken (te weinig) maar werd direct opgelost. Ligging is vlakbij de start van het centrum (5 minuutjes wandelen en je bent op de markt). Airco’s werkten prima.

Laat u niet afschrikken door de buurt. Palermo in zijn geheel is niet de meest properste stad. Het ligt iets uit het centrum (doch vlotjes bereikbaar) dus dit betekent: stilte 🙂 Appartement heeft wat mankementen die hersteld moeten worden (druk in douche is niet voldoende, wc bril is niet geschikt voor desgevallend toilet, vochtigheid, …). Gezien de reactie snelheid van de eigenaar, denk ik dat dit inmiddels wel opgelost is (wij waren hier in augustus).
