We booked this property a month in advance for 1 night. We were told that we would get entrance instructions but once it was around 6pm, we called what Hotels.com had listed as the property phone number. The person who picked up stated that they did not manage the property and couldn't help us. We then called Hotels.com and they tried to reach the property as well. We never did gain entrance and we had to scramble to find a place to sleep for family of 5. We spent 90 minutes on the phone trying to find something. Suffice it to say I do not recommend you book this property (the rep from Hotels.com said they were going to de-list the property since it's apparently not avaliable to customers). If it's still listed, I would stay somewhere else.

Leider hatten wir vorab kein Mail mit dem Zugangscode erhalten und mussten zuerst telefonisch nachfragen. Das ging dann aber recht schnell.
USUSCute and comfortable apartment. Great location near but not in the middle of tourist areas. Worked well for our family of 4.
Poor communication. Wifi password was not shared (which was hard after landing in a new country without a sim card). Parking information not shared in advance so hard to figure out when arriving late at night. No coffee or other typical small amenities for an apartment rental.
