Muy pequeña la estancia no hay donde comer muy reducido

Apartament czysty, wyposażony w niezbędny sprzęt. W lokalu były ręczniki, podstawowe kosmetyki, pralka i suszarka, a w kuchni pałeczki i łyżki, duża lodówka, kuchenka i ekspres do kawy. Nie było jednak noży ani widelców. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra - blisko wielu atrakcji turystycznych, wokoło liczne restauracje, kawiarnie i sklepy. Gospodarz bardzo miły, kontaktowy, pomocny - jak poprosiliśmy o czajnik, dostaliśmy go pod drzwi w krótkim czasie.

Ponieważ rezerwowaliśmy pobyt w okresie szczytu kwitnienia wiśni, cena za pobyt była wyższa niż zwykle w tej okolicy. Brak noży i widelców dla Europejczyków jest zaskoczeniem, podobnie jak to, że jedno z łóżek to materac na podłodze, ale rozumiem, że dla Koreańczyków to nie jest problem.

The location is convenient, around 5 mins walk to Namdaemun market and City Hall Station. There are many food options nearby.

Clearer communication regarding the check-in procedure and the use of heating/ cooling system could be explained better.

The convenience of the location! We are a family of 4, having something so central and convenient was out of this world! Makes it so easy to go to the train station, and popular spots in namdaemun, all within walking distance.

The bed is not as comfortable but it’s very personal preference so it shouldn’t discount the overall rating.

Pillows could have been more comfortable. Would have also appreciated in having a fabric freshener provided. Towels were also on the small side.

位置就在南大門附近，交通非常方便，房間裡面該有的設備都有，更準備了廚房餐具、化妝棉、棉花棒、剪刀等生活用品，真的像是住在家裡一樣舒服！下次有機會還會選擇這裡住宿！

枕頭太軟太低，對於習慣睡高、硬枕頭的我，其實有點不好睡😅如果有其他備用枕頭可以自己更換或添加的話，我會很感謝！

All facilities function well: heating, stove, oven, refrigerator, drinking dispenser, shower, washing machine, etc.. The beds and the extra mattress are comfortable. Floor is very clean. Located in a neighborhood where there are many shops and late-night restaurants. Close to famous touristic spots. (A tip for foreign visitors: if recognizing Korean/English address is not easy for you, you can use "Hotel Gracery Seoul" as the location pin for this property; it's within 1-min walking distance and easy for a taxi to park temporarily.)

1. It would have been perfect if bath towels were provided, too. (Face towels were provided though.) 2. The initial communication was a little bit confusing: at first we were told that we could start using the apartment in the morning, but on the day when we were about to travel from the airport hotel, we were told again that we couldn't come in until afternoon. After asking where there are nearby lockers for us to deposit our luggages, the host let us leave our luggages in the apartment after 11:00am, which solved the problem.
