This stay's location is very convenient and is a 5-min walk from Myeongdong. I was surprised with the great facilities; It had a great washer-dryer, many towels, and a water dispenser. It also had a heated floor and bed! Perfect for a winter stay. In addition, the host was the best part. I had many questions and they always responded quickly and promptly through the Booking.com message portal. 10/10 stay, esp for its location and value!
